Light Halloween Parade Cottage Grove in Cottage Grove city center, decorated vehicles, people, horses, pets, etc. with lights that shine or sticks, trick-or-treating on Main Street 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., competition 17 hours in costumes, costume parade in 18 hours, 19 hours light parade, 541-942-1185 or 541-767-4147.

Eugene’s Youth and Family Program “Booo Barn”: families with children ages 1-11; games, fall crafts and more. Petersen Barn Community Center, 870 Berntzen Road, 5-8 p.m. Free. 541-682-5521.

Now through Monday: Fifth Street Public Market hosts its annual Harvest Festival; highlights include three master pumpkin carvers on Saturday and Sunday; trick-or- treating, face painting, children’s costume contest and musical performances Monday night; live music includes Craig Chee Band Saturday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Boomchick Sunday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Tyler Fortier Monday 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Betty and the Boy Monday 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Activities are a benefit for FOOD for Lane County.
