1300-plus girls pledge UA sororities in school's largest recruitment class

TUSCALOOSA, Alabama -- While 1,742 girls participated in the University of Alabama's fall sorority recruitment, 1,312 pledged this past Saturday during Bid Day, the culmination of Rush Week .

Thirty-six girls from Tuscaloosa pledged sororities.
