Gap Factories Pollution

Mary Nash Rusher, a Raleigh attorney who acts as bond counsel for the Durham County Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority that acted as a conduit-issuer of the bonds, said the bonds were paid off in full on Sept. 29.
